• Sole creative responsible for the art direction and design of all print / multimedia for CGFNS, its divisions and international partnerships with Switzerland, India, China and Vietnam.
• Preparing a major redesign for the CGFNS Web site using Drupal CMS. Set up Apache and MySQL, installed modules. In the process of content organization, navigation, page design and entering content.
• Rebranding CGFNS identity.
• Concepted and designed the CGFNS 2008–2009 Biennial Report. Also responsible for theme, editing, proofreading and writing headlines.
• Updated design of www.cgfns.org and developed it using HTML, Javascript and jQuery to a CSS-based table-less layout. Updated navigation and added new sections, including the questions section, developed from the CGFNS facebook page.
• Using HTML, Javascript and CSS, designed and developed both the International Centre on Nurse Migration Web site www.intlnursemigration.org, the International Consultants of Delaware Web site www.icdeval.com, the Building Global Alliances event Web site www.cgfnsglobalevent2008.org and www.kaplancgfns.com/advantageplus (not in use).
• Maintain four sites: www.cgfns.org, www.intlnursemigration.org, www.icdeval.com and www.cgfnsglobalevent2008.org. Perform content organization, analytics and search engine optimization.
• Created and maintain XML RSS feeds. Helped to initiate and maintain CGFNS’s social media Web presence on Facebook and Twitter.
• Branded identity for the International Centre on Nurse Migration, including logo development.
• Branded identity for the International Consultants of Delaware, including logo development.
• Developed style and branding guidelines for print and Web including international formats.
• Proofread and edit both print and Web, with attention to usability. Completing major redesign and copy editing of all application handbooks. Download before and after to see copy editing and content organization skills as well as the new design.
• Liaise with vendors for print, photography and audio visual.
• Provide own IT support for Macintosh; use both Mac and PC to develop Web sites.
